For over 7 years I have worked at the intersection of healthcare and human connection — as a physiotherapist, a patient coordinator, and most importantly, as someone who genuinely cares about every person who walks through the door.
Why I Started Cura Concierge
My entire career has been built around one purpose — to serve people at my very best. As a physiotherapist, I spent years not just treating patients physically, but coordinating every aspect of their care: their travel, their therapies, their treatment plans, and the often complicated world of payments and logistics — for both domestic and international patients.
Over time, I saw a real gap. International patients seeking treatment in India needed more than just a hospital referral. They needed someone who understood the healthcare system deeply, someone who would be with them at every step, someone they could truly trust. That's exactly why Cura Concierge exists.
How I Work With Patients
Over the years, I've learnt that the most important skill in healthcare isn't clinical — it's listening. Really hearing what's bothering someone, understanding their fears, and then working backwards from there to find the best path forward.
I have tried to make hundreds of lives better. Some have crossed the finish line. Others are still in the process. But every single one of them matters to me equally — because behind every patient is a family waiting, hoping, and trusting that someone is fighting for them.
